Hi Aarti..firstly just relax if you are feeling stressed about it..even I had a low lying placenta till 5th month..as the baby grows placenta tends to move upwards.. but it will be good if you take few precautions..
-avoid jerks while travelling..travel for short distances only if required and always sit in the front seat..
-minimize the usage of stairs
-don't bend..you can squat to a limited extent only if it is too important to do so
-don't lift heavy objects
-don't go for any yoga or strenuous exercise..just walk for 10 minutes after having meals to avoid acidity in normal speed only..
-take enough rest and don't do too much of house chores..normal cooking is fine but try not to stand for long durations..
I hope this helps 😊

Hi Aarti, you next to be extra careful that you dont strain your muscles like in constipation. If you have a cough or cold take treatment quickly because that also causes abdominal straining. Do not overexert yourself. No travelling on bikes and in autorickshaws.

Hey you have to take care till the placenta moves upwards ...don't pick up heavy objects , dont; apply much pressure , avoid traveling...I was on bed rest as I had Placenta previa throughout ...but thankfully never had bleeding.... Take care n all will be fine !!

Hello Aarti,
Ideally you need to rest most, no heavy duty tasks,; climbing slopes inclines or stairs. No lifting heavy things either. Don't travel much and autos buses are anyways a bad idea. Hope this helps.; Please take good care.
