Lower back pain is very common during pregnancy. This happens due to the growing weight in the abdomen and increase in the natural curvature of the spine. Here are some tips to help lower back pain :

1. Correct your posture, sit erect, support your lower back with a small cushion, and make sure your feet are supported with a small stool.

2. Sleep on a semi firm mattress and use a wedge pillow to support your lower abdomen.

3. Do some light exercises to strengthen the back after confirming the same with your doctor.

4. A gentle lower back massage can work wonders in giving you relief.

Really helpful tips @636df5bb3f31520016a58177 . I was very careless with my posture during pregnancy and didn't care much, had to face awful backache after delivery for complete 1 year. My bad I wasn't the part of this grp at that time.
