It is natural to feel hungry and important to eat healthy even if you are eating or snacking at odd hours. Make sure your dinner is whole some and includes good quality protein. You can also consider a warm cup of milk with a protein supplement at bed time to help you sleep longer. Generally when we have moms eating incorrectly at meal times the satiety is lower and hence the frequency of night awakening is more. If you are unable to plan your meals please consult a Nutrition counselor.
