Hi many congratulations to you. As you have already crossed 10 days you can start eating everything homemade in moderation. There is no restrictions, your food does not cause gas or colic pain to the baby so do not worry. Include lot of jeera, saunf, ajwain, daliya, oats, dal, vegetables, dry fruits, nuts etc in your diet regularly and drink 4 liters of water every day. Keep latching your baby to your breast often.
