Drink more fluid. Sometimes you may feel week and low because your body is low on electrolyte. Drink water by adding pinch of pink Salt or nimbu pani / butter milk. Have frequent meals to keep ur energy level up.

Take healthy food regularly ..Drink lots of water with other fluids as much as possible in pregnancy.. take proper rest..dont forget to take calcium and iron supplements suggested by your doctor.
