If you feel acidic throughout the day, stack toast, roasted chana, kurmura, khakhra, dry fruits in small containers and munch on handful of them

Eat small meals every few hours.
Start your day with rusk or toast to avoid vomiting and feeling nauseous.
Have 3-4 fruits in a day. Circus fruits can be consumed in the evening.
Have loads of green leafy vegetables.
Avoid sweets and caffeine.
2-2.5 litres of water.
Milk & milk products - 2-3 servings atleast in a day.
Avoid spicy, fried and outside foods.
Take your iron tablets 20 mins after lunch with half orange.
