#MaaKeHaathKa This is one of the my favorite non Veg dish from my mom hand.The dish name is Mustard fish curry or we say in Odiya 'Macha besara'. It's tangy n hot flavors are mouth watering. It is Odisha's famous dish. I always used to tk a pic when mom prepares this at home. Sharing the dish recipe details
Ingredients required :-
1. Fish sliced cut 1kg
2.mustard paste (grind mustard with water n mk a paste, around 5 to 6 big spoon for a kg fish)
3.ginger garlic paste
4.dry Mango or tamarind
5.onion n dhaniya leafs
In a pan put oil n add Mustard seeds n cumin seeds to crackle, then add 2 cut onion n fry till the onion becomes soften. Then add the the Mustard paste to it and fry for 2mnts.then add ginger garlic paste 2table spoon and fry in low flame for 2 mnts, add haldi powder and salt. Add water as required n allow to boil it few mnts. In that we need to add dry Mango few pieces or tamarind juice few spoon. Then once it is Boiled add chilli powder n fish pieces (fish pieces should be fried little bit with haldi n salt before adding to gravy). Again allow it to boil n cover up. After 10 mnts it's ready n switch off the gas. Add dhaniya patha n garnish. Hope you all will try this n will love the flavor.
