Oh there are n number of dishes that i love.

i love all the sabjis that my mumma makes.  specially the stuffed ones. Here m sharing one of it.

Stuffed Parval (pointed gourd) potato sabji

parval: half kg cut in slit in between

potatoes: small ones 6 no.

coriander: one bunch small ones

grated coconut: half bowl

besan: one n half table spoon

crushed peanuts: one table spoon

garam masala: 1 t sp

salt: As per taste

chillie powder: 1 t sp

turmeric powder: half tsp

dhaniya powder: 1 tsp

sesame seeds: 1 tsp
Method:

wash parval removing the skin and put a cut in between n soak in water. add potatoes peeling the same in that water n keep aside.  you can stuff potatoes too els leave them. as it is.

In other vessel make stuffing.  add finely cut coriander,  grated coconut,  besan, crushed peanuts, oil and all above mentioned spices as per measurements n make the stuffing ready. 

than stuff the parvals and potatoes n keep them aside.

In pressure cooker put oil n add mustard seeds and pinch of hing..  add remaing stuffing and roast..  to it add stuffed parval and potatoes n pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles..

N the yummiest sabji is ready.

serve the same with hot phulkas or steam rice..
