There is this October heat also so keep yourself properly hydrated apart from adequate rest and <u>diet</u>

Try the have fluids with electrolytes..like have buttermilk with kala namak, shikanji, coconut water..also take something may be even a fruit every 2 hours..sleep when you want and try to be in fresh air sometimes and listen to music, follow some hobby..that will keep you active as well as happy
