U can ask ur gynecologist doctor can guide u better bcz every pragnancy is different in my case we never avoid from 1st to till right now in third trimester also bcz my gyno said me we can continue..we don't have any problem but in few cases doctor told to avoid so pls ask ur doctor about it

Avoid in the first and last trimester..also if there is no complication then go ahead..you may even ask your doctor once..
