Mera pura pregnancy me mere husband and mom ke alawa koi support nhn mila. 8th month me kere papa ka sudden death ho gaya. Phir bhi I went on. Stress to rhega. aap stress se na low ho. face kare and baby ko priority pe rakhe, nhn to apko dikkat hoga. Make sure ap zyda dhyan na de logon ke baat pe and aaram kare. Sahi se kha a bht zaruri hai. Apke baby ka growth aap pe depend karta hai dear.

Dear pregnancy me tension bahut kharaab affect karti hai humaarey aur aaney waale bachchey par... I can understand your situation as throughout my pregnancy also I had been tensed due to family issues..try to chant some mantra or take God's name whenever you feel stressed...sit or walk in open fresh air..listen to music...read good books and try to do something that gives you happiness... overlook and ignore unnecessary stuff..

You need to take care of yourself whatever be it. Eat small meals at frequent intervals. Stay hydrated. You have a baby growing inside who needs you think about it. This shall pass too. Stay positive. I understand your concern. But its not the time get stressed.
