Mam contionusly I'm suffering from cold, headache, throat pain, especially nasal blocks. I'm suffering it every day mam. Plz let me know the permanent solution for it plz....
Start nasoclear if you need to give more than 3-4 times.

Tnq. But I'm using Otrivin nasal spray from 2 days. Blocks are opening for atleast 5-6 hrs, after that same blocks close. So can I continue using Otrivin or shall I take this physiomer saline drops for blocks.

For nasal block aap physiomer Saline drops use kr sakti hain quick relief milega... Drink hot water, ginger tea. And for throat ache you can take crocin once... Rest you should consult your gynae
