Increase water intake and fibres in your diet. Also you can soak raisins overnite and have. If the problem continues you can talk to your doc for some laxative.

Have atleast 15 bhindis in a day. Also have isabgol twice daily. I remember having dhania patta juice early morning in empty stomach in my initial pregnancy days. That helped a lot.

Constipation pregnancy mein normal hai; aap pressure mat daalo it's not good, aap pani <u>jayda</u> piyo, veggies Khao, aap raat me sone se phele warm milk piyo usse thoda sa turmeric ek pinch daalo dheere dheere motions normal ho jayega.

Hey anon.. Aap pressure mat dalo.. Its not good.. .. Normal motion ke liye pani bahut pijiye... N Isabgol lo in warm milk evrynt..add fibres in ur diet... Hv 4 to 5 prunes daily...flax seed v le sakte ho.. N sabja seeds.. These all wil help in normal <u>motions</u>
