Mam my daughter is 5 months old,till now she was totally on my feed..now I want to start giving her formula milk with my feed ..how can I start???will it be ok for her to digest both formula and breastmilk?

It's always better to give exclusive breastmilk... Keep Breastfeeding.. any specific reason for introducing formula. ?? Sharing a few to increase Breastmilk if that's the reason..
