Managing both work and home post baby is not easy .You have to be on your toes always .I am sharing few Time management tips which helped me to a great extent in finding some ME time amidst the busy schedule.
⭐ Outsource few household chores if not all :Lend a helping hand may be for cleaning and laundry if not for cooking since it's tough to manage both work and home effectively and in the process your Health might suffer .Be a Manager of your home and let your helping hand execute it some if not all.

⭐Utilize your weekends smartly by keeping aside some time to plan for a week ahead (it will hardly take an hour or so )like planning for a week's food menu for the family .

⭐Shop online :Get your household groceries sorted by shopping them online from trusted grocery selling companies.

⭐Be sure to set the reminders in mobile for monthly bill payments.(This way you skip forgetting altogether )

⭐Keep aside one day of a weekend monthly just for yourself (may be a relaxing spa or chilling out with your girl friends ).

⭐Keep aside Saturdays for family outing or family time together and Sundays for complete rest (This is what I target ).

⭐Go for a Digital Detox atleast for a day (may be Sundays or any day mid week of your choice ).Your body will definitely Thank you ❤ and you will save ample amount of time doing something more productive rather browsing Social Media sites 😂
