Masala Dalia

Ingredients :
1. Carrot - 3/4 cup finely diced
2. Pumpkin - 3/4 cup finely diced
3. Spinach - 1/4 cup finely chopped
4. Dalia (wheat,corn or any of your choice) - 4 tbsp steamed
6. Haldi & Hing - A pinch ( optional)
7. Water - As required

Preparation :
1. Boil the carrots, pumpkin & spinach
2. Once cooked (nice and soft), add the cooked dalia and let it simmer.
3. Add water to adjust the required consistency
4. Serve lukewarm in a bowl.
5. Feed with a baby spoon


Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
