INGREDIENTS
Dry fruit powder - 2 teaspoon (If you don't have dry fruit powder at home, you can make your own with almonds, pistachios, cashews, saffron, nutmeg and turmeric. Get the recipe here)
Peppercorns - 2
Cardamom/Elaichi - 2
Fennel/Saunf seeds - ½ teaspoon
METHOD
1) Grind the peppercorns, cardamom and saunf seeds to a powder and add to the dry fruits powder. If you don't have the dry fruits powder, you can dry roast the ingredients and grind them finely.
2) To make the masala milk, dissolve 2-3 teaspoons of the masala mix in a glass of hot or chilled milk. Add sugar as required, stir and serve.
