Mashed Vegetables

Ingredients :
1. Carrot - 1 medium sized washed and peeled
2.Cauliflower or Broccoli - 5 florets
3. Potato - 1 medium sized
4. Water - As required

Preparation :
1.Cut all the vegetables into equal size small cubes.
2. Pressure cook all with a cup of water for 2 whistles.
3. Once the carrot, cauliflower & potato are steamed, it will be tender.
4. Mash it with a fork until well mashed.
5. Serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spon.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
