Hi , try keeping the baby diaper free at home and use cotton nappies instead . Use wet cotton to clean the area instead of wipes . Apply zinc oxide containing rashfree creams like b4 Bappi or Himalaya rashfree after cleaning the area .

I also use wipes wth warm water n apply coconut oil

Use Palmer's bottom butter on rashes it really helps same happened with my baby and used this bottom butter n all rashes have gone within one week completely

Also I use Himalaya diaper rash cream everytime before making my child wear diaper. My ped had advised this,
