Hi Anon,this pretty much seems like a case of allergic cough and cold which is common when the season changes,please consult a doc. With regular pranayam and allergy medicines,it can be kept under control. Speaking from my experience. Prolonged sickness in pregnancy is not good. Hope u get well soon

It won't affect your baby .. the baby is safe inside you. Don't give too much pressure while coughing and always hold your lower tummy while coughing.
