It is of utmost importance to take care of their mental health and as a parent, we play an important role in our child's mental health.
We as parents are responsible to promote mental health by saying better things and by creating a better environment at home.
We can look for early signs to help improve our kid's mental health and peace.
We can always:
Help our kids become strong through building loving and caring relationships with them
Make time for them to listen and respect their feelings
Create a much more optimistic and positive environment in and around them
