one hour is too much as you'll get tired.... 30-40 min is enough and you can demand feed.... sometimes they ask Every hours but in a month or 2 they settle....in fact Baby feed longer duration in early months and with time it goes down to 5-10 min

but it is ok to feed one hr for 20 days old baby?

15 min only from one side will give fore milk....you should feed from one side 30-40 min and next feed from other one 30-40 min...baby will feel content... your baby's pee count must be high
