many times baby go through dis problem if u eat sum heavy wrong fud..he passing motion after every feed means he is not able doin clean motion..if he is not crying while doin potty its normal...still since he is very small i suggest meet ur paediatrician...

your baby doing potty after every feed is normal. But if he has difficulty and crying and gas then you can start colicaid 1 ml thrice a day every day. you can give colicaid aid for upto 3 years but after a few months reduce it to twice and when your baby is 1 yr reduce it to once a day. When you consulted your Dr I guess he might have given this.
