use nip care. .... for nipples and lactogen nan pro formula milk ..also consult doctor before giving it to baby .... u drink lots of milk n put awalk powder ..good for feeding mom ......

coconut oil is supposed to be best for the cracked nipple and it will reduce pain. Try to help baby to find ur nipple so he can get the milk properly. in few days, it will be OK but if the pain is unbearable best is to consult ur doc

after feeding your baby, u can apply nip care cream or coconut oil or lanolin or pure ghee. whatever applied, make sure you are washing it before feeding
