Don't worry dikh jayega growth should be fine and tummy is visible only if u r very slim and proportionate in early stages otherwise end tak hi proper hota hai

Agar sab thek hai to pareshan na ho..thode time mein dikhne lagega pet..abhi apke paas time hai..jyada growth bacche ki last trimester mein hoti hai
