pehle aap ek baar apne doctor ko zarur dikhayiye.. dont neglect.. and moreover 25 days post c-sec stitches usually external part heal ho jati he.. wound ya gav ke jaisa hota he tho infected wound mana jata he aur heal karne ke liye lagatar dressing aur medicines ki zarurat he..

agar stitches khul gaye hai, then depending on kitna severe hai, aapko shayad dobara stitches lagvane padenge. pls gynec ko dikhaiye jaldi.<br>
