One more home remedy is sarso oil....put some garlic cloves ajwain n heat it for 5 mnts then let it come on room temperature then apply it on chest neck and back...very effective one my mom used to apply on me I have bronchitis so very often it attacks me and coz of congestion it becomes uneasy to breath so my Mom apply this n it works always. Best thing is there's no side effect as we use it outerside. For instant relief I used to have a tbl spoon of Virgin Olive oil as well that also helps immediately. By God grace after having kids my this issue is almost gone now. Do try any of the remedy no side effects...
