meri bhabhi 15 day pregnent hai aur unko gehu(wheat) se alergy hai .ab unko khane me kya de ki unka baby helthy ho?

maida hatake baki kisi bhi aate ki roti khilao....khali wheat hi zaruri nahi hota...veg ya nonveg jo bhi khati ho proper tarike se khana plan kariye jisme fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, daal....daalo ko milakar uska dosa, idli bana sakte hai....bahut options hai proper nutrition ke....jo aapko pasand ho uske husab se apna diet plan kare but fruits, vegetables, nuts, daal and grains ka combination diet banaye....agar aap vegetarian ho to mai apna diet plan bhej sakti hu aapko....meri pregnancy kafi peaceful, painless and healthy <u>thi</u>
