introduce solid food after ur baby completes 6 months ...bf is best for baby ...<br>

when and till you have milk please do not give formula. frankly speaking I never got milk for my children I have cried so much for it. please do not give formula till you have feed and do not start anytiing without Dr's consult.
also instead of formula check with your pediatrician and start solids.
