Weight thik hai lagbhag. Protein wali chije jyada khane boliye jaise ki paneer, dahi, doodh, soyabean, egg, ankurit moong etc. Doctor se baat kar k koi protein powder bhi le lijiye. Abhi thoda samay hai toh aur badh payega wajan.
