You Will Need:
1 bowl of raw rice
1 Tbsp of methi (fenugreek seeds)
¼ bowl of poha (flattened rice)
1 Tbsp of jaggery
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1 Tbsp of Butter
How To:
Soak the rice, methi seeds, and the poha overnight in lukewarm water in separate bowls.
In the morning, grind all the soaked ingredients along with the jaggery to make a smooth paste.
Add turmeric powder and salt to the mix. Stir well.
