The amniotic fluid is the baby's environment in which the baby moves, breathes, swallows etc. Low amniotic fluid is a cause for concern as it compromises the baby's environment. However amniotic fluid levels do drop closer to the end of pregnancy and yours is mild. It can be easily controlled with the right diet. drink lots of fluids about ten to twelve glasses of water, butter milk etc and also increase the protein in your diet.

hi shilpa,did you consult your gynac with the reports?? Amniotic fluid level less than 7 is a cause of concern so please call or visit your doctor for the same she will guide you well.meanwhile increase your liquid intake juices, coconut water and 2-3 ltrs of water to maintain the level
