Milk Peda
Servings - 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Condensed milk - 400 grams

Milk powder - 280 grams

Milk - 2 tablespoons

Saffron - 1 teaspoon

Ghee - 1 tablespoon

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Pistachios
PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a heavy skillet, add 400 grams condensed milk, 280 grams milk powder and mix it well so that there are no lumps.

2. Cook on low heat for 5 - 7 minutes.

3. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon saffron and mix it well.

4. Pour this into the skillet and mix it well.

5. Add 1 tablespoon ghee, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it again.

6. Cook until it starts to leave the sides of the pan.

7. Remove it from heat and cool the mixture for 10 minutes.

8. Grease your hands with ghee.

9. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a peda.

10. Place some pistachios on the top of it.

11. Serve.
