Thanks @asha chaudhry for tagging me. Milk, these days, has an added hormone called oxytocin which results in early maturity--- one of the reasons why girls and boys are hitting puberty early these days. Nonetheless, you can't completely eliminate it from your diet since it plays an integral role and serves as a great source of several nutrients needed. My advice would be - Try to breastfeed as long you can, up to 2-2.5 years. For other requirements and post that, you can give organic milk or pure milk which is now getting available both in the markets and online as well.

there was a very interesting discussion here few days ago. I personally have had multiple health benefits by giving up milk completely for both me and my daughter.

A balanced diet should be maintained. Veggies, fruits, dairy, fibres.

@6372ec8a17d2c800158d90f1 It's debatable topic. I believe in things which ppl are following from ages. Some kids are lactose intolerant, then milk should be avoided. Some will prefer Soya milk instead of farm milk. It's all personal choice and depends on health conditions. @63729b593f31520016a69b80 @6372999217d2c800158d8bec tag fwd
