Mirchi Halwa or Bell Peppers Halwa Recipe
Ingredients:

Capsicum 2-3 big ones

Desi Ghee - add generously 🤣

Fresh Malai - 3-4 tbsp

Sugar as per taste

Khoya - 100 gms

Elaichi powder - a pinch only

Chopped Nuts to garnish
Recipe:
Step1 - grind the capsicum in a grinder for a thick paste
Step - 2 Heat ghee in a ladai add capsicum paste; mash. Heat on high flame for couple of minutes and then on low flame for 10-15 minutes to dry excessive water
Step - 3 Add sugar and cook for another minute followed by adding Malai and khoya then cook it for last 5 minutes with adding more ghee until bhuno properly
Step - 4 Turn off the gas and sprinkle elaichi powder.
Transfer to bowl and garnish with nuts.
