INGREDIENTS
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tsp carom seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ cup boiled moong daal
1 onion
1 inch piece ginger
Salt
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp garam masala
METHOD
1) Grind onion and ginger together. You can also add a green chilly if you want to.
2) Add all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a dough as for a chapati. Keep the dough in the fridge for at least 15 minutes so that it becomes stiff and easy to roll.
3) Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a paratha of your desired shape.
4) Cook it with ghee on a tawa till both sides are cooked.
5) Serve with curd or any raita of your choice.
