Mixed Smoothie

Ingredients :
1/2 banana
1/4 avocado peel removed
1/4 cup spinach packed
1 cup frozen mango
1 tbsp old-fashioned oats
½-1 cup water/milk

Preparation :
1.Place all of the ingredients and 1/2 cup of water into a blender.
2. Blend thoroughly. If the smoothie is too thick, then add the additional water/milk.
3. Make a thin smoothie so your baby can sip .
4. Pour smoothie into a sippy cup to feed.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
