The Stopped Big 8:

1. Tea & Coffee

2. Skipping Meals

3. Late time or Untime Food

4. Junk Food

5. Carbonated drinks

5. Sitting for longer hours

7. Consuming Less water

8. Ignoring Pills

The Started Big 8:

1. Protein Drink/Mother Horlicks

2. On time Food - 3 meals + 2 healthy snacks

3. Sleeping for 7-8 hours

4. Taking more fruits

5. 10 minute walk once in 2 hours regularly

6. Having 3-4 litres depending upon increase in Weight (1 ltr for 20kg)

7. Following Doctors' regular medicines

8. Exercises during every trimester (per Doctor's advice)
