Bf your baby thats very easy way to shed those extra kilos. Apart from this u can <u>start</u> walking for 20-30 minutes in a day if u r comfortable or else walk for 10 minutes.&nbsp; Avoid sugar, spicy food from ur diet. Don't worry it takes time.

start walking and do light stretching exercises initially. Later you can go for yoga.
