Sugar as per your kid's taste (you can also avoid sugar because banana is already sweet)
Ghee or butter
Honey
Cream
Buttermilk or water
Method:- -Add mashed bananas in flour with buttermilk or water. Now make a smooth thick paste make sure there won't be any lumps. Now add sugar If you want otherwise avoid it. - Take a frying pan. Put it on low flame and grease it with butter or ghee. Now spread the mixture on it. - Fry the cakes from both sides on medium flame till the colour changes into brown. - Serve it hot with honey or cream on top and banana pieces.
Note:- I have used wheat flour instead of maida because maida is not good for health. Also, you do not need to use any baking powder or egg to make it fluffy.
