Jaisalmeri chane can be made 2 types - one with gravy n other one dry. In this post i ll give the dry recipe as it takes less time n is as yummy. In fact just chop some onions in it n it is a good snack as well.
By the way, this chana sabzi is a must for the kanya pujan during navaratri
Ingredients
Black chana, soaked overnight

Oil

Mustard seeds

Cumin seeds

Grated ginger

chopped green chillies

Salt

Red chilli powder

Coriander powder

Dry mango powder

Turmeric powder

Coriander leaves.
Method :
Pressure cook the soaked black chana for 3 to 4 whistles.

Drain n wash with plain water. Keep aside.

In a kadhai, put some oil.

Add mustard seeds n cumin seeds.

Let it splutter.

Put a but of turmeric powder. Then add grated ginger n chopped green chilly. Saute for like 30 seconds.

Add the black chana.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder n salt (if u hv added salt while pressure cooking the chana, be a little careful here)

Give a mix n let it be on flame for 3 to 5 minutes.

At the end, add dry mango powder.

Add some coriander leaves.
And it is ready.
This sabzi is a bit spicy.. so add ur masalas accordingly to achieve the taste.
