Direction Roast oats in a saucepan for 2 to 3 mins.Coarsely powder them and keep aside.Roast the flax seeds separately until they start popping. Grind them in your mixer. Grind them coarsely for a nice nutty texture.Roast every dry fruit separately and grind them individually into a coarse mixture.Finely chop the anjeer and dates and grind them in your mixer for 2 mins. You will get a slightly sticky and coarse mixture that will act as the binding agent for your ladoo.Take a wide bowl and add the coarsely ground dates, fig, oats, almonds, walnuts, pistachios and flax seeds.Use your hands to mix them well.Add 1 to 2 tbsp sugar or more dates and fig if you find them less sweet.If they cannot be rolled easily, add 1-2 tsp hot ghee and mix.Make small; sized balls from this mixture.Store in airtight containers.
