This is how our evenings look like . . We have Sri Lankan landlords who have two boys, 2 & 4 years old.
Every evening a hurricane hits our home . . With two miniatures jumping around the room, one super excited hyper micro mini who can't wait to run around as well, toys sprewn all over the place, unkempt bedsheets, tickle monster aka Joy or doy as the younger of the miniature calls him and mommy (the two miniatures also call me mommy . . They know I am the bee bee's mommy but still call me mommy meaning beebee's mommy) trying to calm them down by luring them with fruits or crayons, anything that involves less throwing around stuff . . This happens for about an hour . . That is when the miniature's Amma calls them home . . The elder one at point very politely requests me , "scuuuze me, can we take the beebee for all the time? "

At which point I say, "take him for some time but not for all the time"

"But I want the beebee for all the time "

"What will I do but? " He refers to his younger brother as "my beebee"

So I ask him "can I keep your beebee?"

"No, I want my beebee and the beebee.; . He's so tiny and soft "

So his amma takes the beebee for sometime . . And the miniature's hug me and go home
This happens EVERY day . . The same conversation . .the same laughter . . The same joy in little things
