#momathon2 Today I am sharing a Bihari dish that is my husband's favourite.... It's sattu; Ka paratha.....
Ingredients: Sattu(roasted gram flour) Finely chopped garlic Finely chopped onion Finely chopped green chillies Finely chopped ginger Carom seeds Onion seeds Mustard oil 1 teaspoon Ghee Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Whole wheat flour Salt to taste Method: Knead dough with salt and set aside.
Now take sattu and put all the finely chopped ingredients along with few carom seeds and onion seeds.put mustard oil and lemon juice.Now mix it with hand.Put little bit water to make the filling a bit moist.If it is too dry it will come out.Take a atta ball and put some ghee in it.
Now fill this mixture; as you fill any other stuffed paratha. Make round paratha s with rolling pin.You can make normal paratha with little oil or you can deep fry it like puris.
Serve it with a hot cup of tea in breakfast.
Hope you like it.,😊 Note: keep ghee in the fridge before filling it so it will not come out while filling

I don't like it too much but hubby likes this. Few days ago my friend came over to my place and she made this for us😁 as I m lazy enough to work hard.
