So today it was Vihu's friend, Sultan Zamin's(Baby S) first birthday, and we had an awesome time with a sumptuous lunch. Now, you know how kids are, they know exactly how to embarrass you. Here's what happened:

Grandma of Baby S brings a balloon to Vihu. Till then Vihu was refusing balloon offered by me and others. I said to Umma(that's Ammijaan equivalent in malayalam), that Vihu does not want balloon. And this guy, like a bhukkad, grabbed the balloon from Umma's hands. And she says how can you say like that without even offering to him.; And then she took him and started giving him lunch. And this Vihu baby starts eating like he has been starving for an year! I toh have to give him entertainment,; entertainment,; entertainment at home.; And here he is finishing off an adult equivalent of food. And he was demanding more more!

At this moment I was reminded of my friend, who would make food for her baby and take it to neighbour's house and tell her daughter that the food was from there, because the child refused to eat from own home, but ate the same from neighbour's house.; Kids!!
