Hehe... Priya we are going through exactly d same phase...
I often go crazy by the nonstop infinite number of questions that my girl has...
Like u said it's a great thing when a child asks such questions...
Bt there r times I feel she asks question who's answer she knows... During such times I cross question her ;) ...
I ask her d same question... And to my surprise she usually knows d answer...
Try this, it might help...
But most times when I know she is asking crazy nonstop questions just to trouble me for fun... I bombard her with nonstop questions which are irrelevant to anybody in the world. And we end up laughing our lungs out at the end...
And trust me it's alright not to have answers to all d questions in d world...u may sit with him and Google... And explore the new question together... This way ur child would also learn problem solving...

alright....i can understand and relate to this soooo much.... cause my 10 year old daughter is a barrel of questions...
first of all... answer those...in no way should the child feel you are not ready to answer any of the questions.... but also the child must understand that mom is not an encyclopedia and may not have all the answers

on the other hand...it is also not good to just provide answers to all the questions....make it quiz time... ask your child to think for a possible answer...discuss how is that answer logical or not
