Honey glazed almonds with sesame
Preparation: -Take as many almonds as you want,roast them in a pan without ghee with rock salt.; -Take them out,make sure to add the remaining salt that sticks in the pan on the almonds.; -Drizzle honey sufficient to properly coat them in a layer. -sprinkle sesame seeds.; -Refrigerate for half an hour for honey to set and taste enhancement
Voila!! Enjoy a healthy snack to curb those hunger pangs..
Sweet potato chocolate pops.
When kids don't eat sweet potato,we can trick them with chocolate..
Preparation:; - Roast sweet potato on the tawa ( dampen sweet potato,put it on a tawa,place a pan upside down covering the potatoes. Flip to change sides for even roast.) -Peel the skin - mash potatoes and make small balls out of it - put a toothpick in the balls - sprinkle chocolate shavings or pour melted chocolate on it..
Your chocolate pops are ready,in summers,you can freeze the pops for 3 hours to set and enjoy a cool pop..
