We all love food and we as Moms love to prepare food for our babies specially the one they love most.
Here I am going to share two of Navya's Fav food which she likes to eat. One from salted and one from sweet😊 i.e. Vegetable Daliya and Lauki ki Barfi. Vegetable daliya:
Ingredients
2-3 tbsp Daliya
1 onion
1 tomato
Veggies of your choice, i prefer
Carrot, peas
Procedure:
Dry roast daliya. Pressure cook daliya, and sideways chopped all the veggies including onion nd tomato. Take a pan add ghee/oil (i prefer ghee). Add jeera, hing then Saute all the vegetables in it untll soft.
Add salt, turmeric powder, pinch of black pepper or red pepper. Then add cooked daliya to it. Simmer the gas, cover the lid and let it cook for sometime. Garma garam veggie daliya is ready to eat. You can garnish it with coriander leaves.
Note: for baby younger than 1 year old, you can grind daliya once in mixie after roasting to make it baby friendly to eat easily. Lauki ki Barfi:
Ingredients:
Lauki
Coconut powder
Sugar Procedure:
Grate lauki and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. Take a pan, add cooked lauki and saute it Nd cover with lid on medium gas till water of lauki gets dried bit and then add coconut powder and sugar and cook till water gets totally dried. After that take a plate, spread coconut powder on it and then make a layer of cooked one. Then again sprinkle coconut powder on it. And refrigerate it for atlst 30 mins for it to set.
Now the burfi is ready to eat. Cut it into shapes as you want😊
