👉Soak overnight almond pistachio and chironji in water separately.morning remove the skin wash chop them and Keep side. 👉Heat 2tbsp of ghee slightly roast; vermicelli.keep a side.
Add 2 tbsp of; ghee fry dry fruits one by one.keep aside. 👉In a same kadai add milk.once boil add condensed milk saffron and keep on stirring till it gets a boil. Add dry fruits and vermicelli
Cook for 5 min.Off the heat.Don't cover fully keep it slightly open. Sheer khurma is ready. Enjoy!
💕once sheer kurma is ready don't Close the lid fully. If it gets thick later add milk. Don't boil again again if you want to warm; it remove how much you need warm it separately in another kadai. Don’t shrink too much during the simmering process. If you are in hurry you can soak dry fruits in warm water for sometime except dates if you wish to skin them.
To remove the skin of Chironji After soaking next morning rub them in kitchen towel and again put them in water. The skin of the Chironji will float and then strain it.
I don't like adding kismis as it gives khatta taste.if you like you can add
Dry fruits can be adjusted if you like more you can add more.
