My pregnancy was unplanned and unexpected. But once we got to know about it we were at 9th cloud of happiness and moved on to welcome our new world very soon. My pregnancy was going smooth with good healthy diet. But saddest part which i feel in my pregnancy was no support from inlaws side. My mil rather than asking about my health keep on torturing me over the phone on some or the other things. In 7th month it goes to a higher level. Due to all stress given by my mil, fights started between me nd hubby as well. Nd my bp raised in 7th month. Got admitted due to it but somehow it got maintain a lil bit due to medicines. In 8th month, i went to my mums place for delievery. On checkup in June'16 gynaec told baby growth has stopped after 20th may. Baby weight is not as per age and baby is too small. Went on doppler tests, it was normal but still growth has been retarted. The doc told it might be 'Achondroplasia'(its a disorder in which babies hands and legs are comparatively short in proportion to body). That was a heart breaking news for us. Nd i was given option to continue pregnancy or to terminate it. But nothing can be sure without seeing the baby what is it. But somewhere in my heart i was knowing that my baby is absolutely normal nd i wanna deliever my baby. We consulted top most docs in Ahmedabad and doc told its normal IUGR Baby and baby ki height apne papa par gayi hai nothing to worry and deliever the baby. That give a sigh of relief to us but then due to low amniotic fluid we need to deliever baby in 37th week and on 15tu july'16 Navya came into our life. But after delievery she was immediately taken into Nicu for further care. Docs were giving her feed through pipe. But her intestine was not mature enough so was not able to digest milk in for weeks. Slowly her health improves and i must say she is a fighter and came to us with her 21 days of stay in NICU. The real life starts on that day. As her weight was very less there were many challenges in front of us. Will share that in my other post!! Above is the pic of mine a day before delievery, as you guys can see i was not hving much visible baby bump in my 9th month also😠 i missed a good memorable pregnancy time which i wished of as my last trimister was full roller coaster. But ending was happy by having our angel with us. The other pic is of Navya when we got her after 21 days.
